The crescent moon must be shining on every tree giving the illusion of a "crisp, clear night" in each tree. Beautifully illustrated post which shows the glow of light in the tree!

In each tree a clear night is a zen concept. Everything is connected in nature.

I don't even have to see your name as Poet to know this is another of your wonderful works. I love the way you blend fonts, color, and shading plus offer us an expert example of haiku. I learn so much from the aesthetic quality of your poems. And because of you, I will always remember the contrast of English and Japanese Haiku forms.

I love the shade that trees afford, they seemingly protect us from the sun certainly, but it's rumoured that lunacy is radiated by the shining moon, beautifully written Gypsy, blessings Roy

At least I'm not the only person thinking about fall. Every October we are graced with a magnificent harvest moon. It sits low over the ocean and is spectacular to look at. Thanks for sharing this. Gretchen
