Lol. Tell Darcy an egg a day makes her coat shiny and very soft. Sunny indicates that he needs this for his work as a Therapy Dog, so that people will love stroking and patting him. Any excuse. Sunny, I am afraid, has many girlfriends who all adore him. But it does sound wonderful to his ears to have an American girlfriend!

Thank you for sharing this club entry with us. I doubt anything will change either. Harley likes to sniff everything too. When I walk him, I don't do it for exercise. I go on separate walks for exercise. Harley's loves to sniff everything. I let him and just gave up. LOL This was a cute read.

First of all, I'm sorry that your team didn't place in the top 3. Still, 4th place is a triumph in itself. If I could write a letter to those girls, I would. They have every reason to celebrate their accomplishment in these FIFA games.

I thoroughly enjoyed the matches, and I was hoping for Sweden and Australia in the finals. I especially enjoyed the Australia/France game where Australia's Cortnee Vine kicked the winning goal. Awesome game!
Pet food... Oh, it would be so nice to be able to ask our remaining cat, Ray-Ray, what he prefers in cat food. I agree with Sunny... cats and dogs should be eating table scraps rather than that expensive slop we buy at the pet store. No wonder they beg.

The union and staff used to have meetings with the owners of Moosehead Breweries when I still worked there. It was our chance to put some items "on the table", and say what we think without retaliation. Talks like this do accomplish things. Too bad Putin didn't think like this instead of attacking neighboring Ukraine and causing such destruction and strife in another country for the past couple of years. He's an idiot, and deserves to be labelled as a war criminal. (I'm getting off the topic, aren't I?)

Thank you Kimbob! What a super review. I am glad you were following our girls. They have done very well, and we are all proud of them. In truth I think the match with France took its toll, as they didn't seem to have the same "zing" against England or Sweden. Perhaps the coach ought to have rotated the players a bit more. I thought Spain were outstanding in the final, and I think their play was the next level up from our girls, and that's what we need to aspire to. Next time!

I agree re Putin, and now how interesting and convenient (!) that the leader of the rebellion a couple of months ago has been "accidentally" killed in a plane crash. Putin is unscrupulous.
