I didn't understand most of the sailing talk, but it was brief and I certainly understood that they were trying to keep the boat from plunging downward like the Titanic!

When I read stuff I'm not versed on (in?) I don't care for a lot of explanation. I'll either get it, or not. I can always research if I'm that interested.
