The irony is that I don't think you have forgotten, of course. I wish my dreams of past love were not so vivid. Great metaphor throughout, some excellent alliteration and the usual superb word choice. And no references to difficult Japanese form. Love it. John x

I liked how you used the refrain of "I forgot" to string your free verse stanzas together. It flowed well and showed how vulnerable we are because our wishes/desires/hopes give us amnesia and we forget to protect ourselves.

What a sad story but it needs to be told. When one is sad, she can write the best work because she is thinking everything deeply. Besides, writing is the best therapy.

This had a haunting, yet broken felling. Like it could be on some kind of horror movie.

I think it was wisteria but I changed it to a rose with thorns.
