Hmm, interesting story.
notes. Some things to look for:
He continued {undisturbed:" Don't be surprised.} I see no ringy-dingy
-undisturbed, "Don't be surprised.
" So? You have one,
-"So? You have one,
I recommend checking the quote mark placements again.

Old boy thinks he is an answer to a cats prayers,... not!
Tell Mr.irresistible to take a long walk off a short pier. Our go down to local cat house and mingle his dingles.

Your short story was funny. I enjoyed reading. I'm a little confused with your dialogue. Normally it would be written: He continued undisturbed, "Don't be surprised. I know you're from another country but my UK friends still use the comma but only a single quotation mark.
He continued undisturbed:" Don't be surprised. I see no ringy-dingy on your fingy." (quotation marks closer to 'Don't)
Mr. Irresistible continued in the same tone:" What? (quotation marks closer to 'What')
Amused I said:" So, who taught you this dating strategy? Aunt Sima?" (quotation marks closer to 'So')

You are right we don't use quotations mark, but dialogue lines
Comment from JSD
Amusing and tightly written. Good style and some excellent dialogue. I just think your last word should be 'mingling'. Otherwise well done.
