Your story of this gifted young heart doctor with a great heart of his own was a pleasure to read. I admire so much, people like him who see a problem and have solutions that they work on to benefit others, especially the needy. With all that is in the scripture about helping the poor, I'm sure his actions are pleasing to the God of the universe.

Thank you Verna, a super review, and yes, I agree. He is of Greek heritage, a Coptic Orthodox Christian, and I am sure that God delights in his self-sacrificing love for the weak and vulnerable.

Hi Wendy, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. He is indeed an admirable young doctor and a young man..a few doctors, even countries could learn from this. Ulla:)))

Thank you Ulla. A super review. Yes, he is truly inspirational. And he set up his street clinics during Covid (which I have just added to my story).

An excellent piece of writing. I hope you submit it somewhere for publication. Maybe more people should take long plane rides! My son will take the 15 hour flight to Australia and he is in a position to help others. Maybe he'll come up with a plan to help those less fortunate.

Thank you Patricia. What a lovely review. That would be great if he did!! Most people prefer to just watch mindless movies, and escape from life?s reality rather than try to find a way to contribute.

What an outstanding man Dr. Nour is! I love hearing of young people who see a need and jump in without thinking twice. The homeless rarely are offered a hand up, and when they are ill, no one seems to care.

He is an inspiration to us all. Thanks for sharing his story with us, Wendy.

What an amazingly caring person, Dr. Daniel Nour.
And to accomplish all that in such a short time.
And very nicely written. Good work.
Best wishes.

Wow! An uplifting story which you tell with a dispassionate and factual tone and it is most successful as a result. Really interesting too and a tale that makes one feel proud of the human race for a change.

Thank you very much for reviewing. Yes, we don?t hear enough of these stories of relatively unknown people who are making a difference where they can.

Thank you for sharing Daniel Nour with us. He is an amazing persona and definitely needs to praised. Thank you doing that. He's a model for all of us. We need to follow his example.

A fine tribute to this Doctor and thank you for sharing his story with us as I learned about a man who was thoughtful enough to dedicate his life to helping those on the streets who are homeless. Here in England now it is very difficult to get any health care or see a doctor as we are fobbed off with phone calls and text messages to diagnose our problems. I have had a health issue for over six weeks and I am still waiting to get a blood test and it has been over a month since they agreed to take blood. The elderly are dying before their time here and I still feel like we are in lock-down Wendy. It must be 4 years since I actually saw a doctor and unless you are literally dying, you just cannot get to see one. I have been to the walk in centre a couple of times to get treatment as my daughter took me. The situation is terrible in England and I sometimes feel like I am homeless with no medical assistance. When I am in Spain I can get to see a doctor at any time, but here, it is impossible. A fine write Wendy, love Dolly x x x

That is totally shocking! Here one can access health care for free and one can "walk in" to see a doctor, but without an appointment there may be a considerable waiting time (an hour or more). One can go for blood tests with a doctor?s referral and definitely be seen the same day. I have a blood test every month and make an appointment and it is no hassle at all, no waiting. How and when did it get so bad over there?
Here the homeless could access a doctor if they were to walk in, but rarely do because they don?t have any money if they need to get a prescription filled. They are usually only a few dollars. And there is the embarrassment of having to put homeless on the paperwork. Thank you for reviewing although I was shocked to hear how bad it is over there.

No one seems to care about how bad the health care is here Wendy. If you are ill, ou have to call a number and the person decides whether you need a doctor or not! The person is not medically trained, just an advisor. You just can?t make an appointment to see the doctor! It is totally ridiculous, love Dolly x x x

Another great story, Wendy. In our country, it would be difficult to weed out the truly needy from the imposters. In the city of Portland, there are those who get a lot of money by panhandling on the streets and refusing to take work that is offered to them.

Oh they do demean themselves if they do that, as it shows poor character and laziness. I suppose there might be some here who do that, but in general they are ordinary people who have fallen on hard times. Thanks so much for reviewing.

Yes, Daniel has shown that the ripple effect can be done! He has risen to the height of cardiology in such a brief time and he is an inspiration to us all!
Daniel gives and gives until it hurts as the saying goes. So, we all need to live up to his example and give of ourselves freely and openly as long as we can!
