More here about this broadcasting history of Grand Ole Opry that helped launch careers as well as promote businesses. One such career being that of the Everly Brothers whom I remember well with songs coming into my head as I write. I remember The Every Brothers! They were a duo that played such popular songs as wake up a Little Susie and other songs of importance back when I was young.
Your information on the radio stations that launched them is an understatement of how important they were to music at the time.
They were one of my favorites at the time when I was young.
