You wrote two lovely poems here, both different but with the same syllable count. I love the satori line in the Haiku. I also thought your author's notes were excellent. I keep wanting to learn how to write a Haiku, and I just might do that. Another thing I liked was your presentation, stunning, is the only work that fits. Well done! :) Sandra xx

I enjoyed this post because it helps everyone understand the difference between a 5-7-5 and the Haiku, which has been confusing on occasions. Your Haiku is full of the wonderment in nature and it is also deeply religious and your 5-7-5 includes a faithful theme as we draw colour from life and create our dreams, both are inventive and enjoyable, love Dolly x

The author's words in both of these poems are lovely! Butterflies are, for
me, a great symbol of life! The first two lines of both poem flow and
connect well. The last lines say it all! I enjoyed the read! The artwork
is awesome and compliments these words.
Hi Gypsy, hope you are doing well!.....Maria

Excellent haiku and excellent 5/7/5 poem. Although I have degrees and I've learned a lot in life I can't sto learning more. I love to learn and you made this very clear. I'll probably save it because I love learning, but I have a bad memory. lol

Lovely poem! And thank you for helping readers and reviewers understand Haiku. It seems quite technical yet still embodies creative beauty. I'm a writer, not a poet but I am interested in poetry.

Haiku's rules may be overwhelming at first look but it's not hard. You can star with a simple 5-7-5 poem and work your way up. Our haiku club is a good place to learn.
Thank you very much for your time, kind review, and helpfull feedback.

God's creativity comes out in the myriad of shades He created even the colors we can't even see with our eyes!
Yes, we can't even know all the shades of our completed lives which He is still painting.
Love the way you described it!

Thank you very much, big sister. I dedicated to you because you are such beautiful manifestation of God creation. You're the most kind, considerate, and intelligent woman I know. You are in touch with God and your prayers are beautiful.
BTW, my friend, James is very sick. He suffers from chronic pain every day but now on top he has a hard case of flue, high fever, chills, aches... could you add him to your prayers? I'm praying too but you are better at it.
Love,
Marival
