I think I would have wet myself around them. Biker gangs are no joke. Gangs of any kind are no joke. You were a lot braver than I would have been. I did used to go to church with someone high up in the mafia. I guess that counts. Another very interesting story. Gretchen

This was very well done, I can only imagine what it all involved, it was truly an Outlaw's Funeral. The pictures were perfect, damommy. The Bandidos were one tough cookie, they shared the road with those who offered and they were the ones who cared! Very well done and greatly enjoyed. Blessings n Hugs!!!

This is a very interesting post. It sounds like you had quite an experience and so did your parents. I guess you can't lump everyone in a gang. I've met some very suspect characters in my day who were quite nice to me.

Their day was years before mine. I found these men were polte and respectful to us.

I'm not sure I'd have been so forthcoming with questions but it seems you got some honest answers.
Unfortunately when a person joins a gang with a bad reputation and frightening record and demeanour assumptions are often made.
It's nice to know some still have a heart, at least for the elderly.

Any time someone joins one of these outlaw motorcycle gangs, assumptions are naturally made. Why else would anyone join? I didn't find them scary really. There's not much I've ever been afraid of.
