i like darkness
the quiet is comforting
i do have a suggestion - maybe put the font the same colour as the flower in the picture?
just a thought!
thank you for sharing
shelley :)

Thank you Shelley.

This is a delightful poem to read as winter gives way to spring. Your descriptions of the inner workings of Mother Earth to bring flowers to new life are well written and make us appreciate even more the miraculous nature of spring.

Wow! Jim, you nailed it with this one and I just loved this descriptive free write, the sentiments and the resistance to change, but inevitably we all have to succumb and nature moves from winter to spring, a joyous and well worded poem from a talented pen, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

Really lovely imagery that definitely suits the theme and paints a vivid picture. I especially like "single streaming glow from above" though all the descriptions are very beautiful. Great work.

This poem, Seasons in Nature, brings a passionate description of the transitional seasons and their effects on our world.
"clutches like a strong magnet"
"screaming in robust color"
Nice.
