I loved this! I'm glad it wasn't a blind contest because I wouldn't have read it as I have too many posts to read. This shows a boy with a vivid imagination, super daydreamer who can translate those dreams into books! Best wishes in the contest!

Thank you.
Or it shows a grown man suffering from arrested development and possessed by visions of grandeur. (smiley face here)

Wayne are you saying you don't want credit fot writing this story. I can't imagine why not. It is an excellent story and I would imagine your mother would be proud of your writing skills and who better to be the hero, but "the writer himself. I enjoyed it.]
It doesn't have to out until tomorrow morning. (to be out until....)

Thank you. My comment was referring to being accused of actually 'being' Sylvester with visions of grandeur.
Thank you for your very kind review.

This is great. It is of course the guilty pleasure of all of us here I think, although some of us manage it better than others. I think you would be very surprised if you saw my version of what goes on in my mind. kay

I can understand wanting a piece to be blind, but this is something you should be proud of writing. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I didn't see any errors or anything. As always, thanks for sharing, and best wishes to you.

Thank you.
My wish for it to be blind is a fear that I am, indeed, Sylvester.

This read as though a young boy wrote it, probably Sly when not doing dangerous work for the President.
I like your one and done stories, more variety this way.
Take care!
Pam
It doesn't have to go out until tomorrow morning. You're missing GO.

Thank you.
And thank you for the catch.
A lot of pressure to produce on 'one and done', though.
