I like what you wrote. Eleven words made sense and provided a thoughtful, insightful message. I do think the presentation would benefit from a larger font. Consider using Advanced Editor and select a 16 or so for size. The picture is excellent, and so was the one-line poem, good luck in the contest. Terry.

This shows a beautiful picture yet I would like to read the one-line poem in a little bit larger print as it was difficult to read as it was.

I like this poem. It is simple but empathic in what it says and you say it so well. The near rhyming is excellent and the idea behind the poem really works in just one line. I would suggest though that you make the font a bit bigger as it is hard to read as it stands.

The way we deliver our words can sound harsh and sometimes our written word can be misinterpreted too. Speaking with someone face to face has the additional value of body language which also gives away our intention. Not sure what being holed means? But it sounds derogatory. A poignant write, love Dolly x
