a nice mediation on spring, and the hope that the season brings after a cold and dark winter of despair and gloomy feelings. It is always good to reflect that the spring will come again soon.

I liked how you made the season of spring almost like a temptress. Teasing you with lighter breezes, longer days. The bee teasing the clover was a nice touch. I really enjoyed reading your poem. Gretchen

I love the imagery of the first two line, the calendar pages 'whistling by' 'carried by the winds.' And the sun 'teasing' us with its rays. Love how you continue with the idea in the first two lines with 'calendar pages fluttered.'

It is not easy to write about Spring without using words like blossom rain flower but you were very inventive and penned a delightful poem.
Skillfully, you wrote about the many changes that Spring slowly brings and I liked the last stanza where you mention the Ides of March ( Giulio Cesare is one of my all-time favourite historical figures).
Where I live the weather has gone haywire ...yesterday it was 14C and some trees are starting to blossom. There is no snow on the mountains ..it feels Springtime..not good.

This has some terrific spring imagery and the visuals are so amazing I feel like I am right there, at the scene, inhaling the aroma of spring.
