Hi Gypsy, yes, the cold wind is upon us, and it has changed our landscape from west coast to east coast. Of special note:
Creator's white canvas
(White canvas, indeed.)
Beautiful photo choice. A pleasure to read. Keep the blue waters flowing. Xo. Margaret ~ LateBloomer

Nicely played my friend. I like when poets put a positive spin on winter. It's here. For a bit. No use moaning and groaning about it for the next few months.
Let's pull up our snow pants and engage Jack Frost in a snowball fight.
Thank you for sharing your positive outlook!

Very nice. Winter does hallmark the changing of not only the season but the world and behavior of those living in it, both animal and plant life. Except, or so it seems, the always green Evergreens. They seem to resist the wind and the snow or white canvas.

Loved the "Creator's white canvas." And His canvas covers all the world from the skies and the seas and below the seas! Loved your use of alliteration in your haiku!

Can definitely visualize those waves of white surf. Coming from the NW, east side of Washington, winter's canvas never disappointed. Thanks for a little bit of home through your words.

Another true beauty! I think I could read your Haiku's all day long and just bask in the purity of nature, its sights and sounds and ever changing seasons and rhythms. A fabulous image that feels like we are peeking into this wintery wonderland that the Creator has crafted.
