That is the difference between our ages; by the time Billy Joel came along, I was into Country, the outlaws, Willie, Waylon, and the boys!

Now you are speaking my language on the other 6 days of the week. I was all rock and roll until 40, but fell for Willie Nelson's music big-time and still love it so much. Another one I have seen in concert many times. Of course my kids have always been Country, like their dad, so much that can you believe that when Waylon Jennings died, all their friends had a memorial service of their own. I also am big time Johnny Cash and the others; all the highway men.... However when it comes to Billy Joel, it's still rock n roll to me.

So you probably believe like Glen, that today's Country isn't really Country. Glen likes the twing twangy, stuffed nose sounding, Hank Williams music. I have to leave the room at that and most Blue Grass, but I do like Hank Jr. my favorite one of his is, "Are you ready for some football!"

This parody of the Billy Joel hit is a funny Christmas edition that makes me laugh. "It's Still Christmas Eve to Me" has a great voice that is bound to be a hit of its own if posted or released.

I like the picture of four Santas. Strangely it gives me a feeling of hope that if for any reason I don't like the gifts from one, there is always hope from the second.

There are a couple of lines that hit on me.

"Ya Think at my age, I should be dead." Growing old is no fun. Many a tines, I feel
Like I am on borrowing times... on the other hands, it brings back good memories.

""Everybody's thinkin,' that they can do better." I believe in everybody can do better as long as they have a goal and don't give up.

Thanks you so much Sherry. I I truly appreciate your kind comments about my song. I had a YouTube video up with this, but it ended up up with some errors and we had to take it down. I do appreciate you sending me the link and I will try it when I am done here. But I have listened to every YouTube one of all his songs because I am such a fan. However it sounds like you knew the song pretty well. Are you another Billy Joel fan? I've been to 5 concerts and he doesn't seem to slow down. I was surprised that this just got to the voting booth this afternoon and it is only open for today. Don't they usually stay open for a couple days? Maybe they are all different. I liked the bouncy song from fat old Santa. He sure gets around for an old bloke. The real Santa was an old man in reindeer country. He hand carved animals for the children every Christmas, his name Kris Kringle.
