An interesting post that transcends the logic of humanistic vs. programmed dialogue with a non-life form. the clarification that he just wished the robot luck was interesting.

I believe some programmers want to think they are creating life, not machines.

I don't think the robot appreciate in farewell gesture. It is a little concertning that there are no life forms on the surface of the earth. I hope the all went underground. Someone much have tipped them off.

Robot will be the hero of this piece, I think.

Well I was concerned that he might be on a Kamikaze mission.

You should read *Robot Saves the Day*

This is very nice Bill. Just one point (miniscule). As In the last chapter I read Robot set to Earth detonated, maybe it should be like Apollo, and you should give them numbers? Just a thought. Kate xx

I had hoped to generate interest for the first story by leaving robot uncapitalized and without an article. I guess everyone figured I didn't know what I was doing. I went back and capitalized them all. Here, I was hoping that leaving out a numbering system would speak to the isolation of each action taken by the engineers. I guess those ideas are better when explained in the notes.

Well the robot is released on earth and we will see what sort of damage it will cause. With your sense of humour I can see this series lasting quite a while Bill, I am looking forward to it, love Dolly x

This is a very interesting and well written short story you have penned about the robot. I love when he said to Robot to go with God. I think it freaked the other person out. I think it freaked the one out that he was heard. We can't deny our God. Thank you for sharing. Teri
