Cute. Could easily turn this into a children's chapter in a book dedicated to fun animal adventures. I could picture each of the verses being illustrated to show each of this orangutan's adventures. It would be quite fun.

First of all, brilliant work on being able to use the same rhyme throughout this most fun poem! I loved the rhyming words you used. And I also loved your cheeky tone with this little story. Orangutans are outrageous and cheeky, and so is your poem. Perfect match!

Lol! That's a fun story all told in monorhyme and I'm happy for the poor teased orangutan who was able to make his escape from the zoo and apparently knew how to drive as well as play instruments! Best wishes in the contest!

You met the requirements of the contest, using all the words and rhyming all the lines. The story was a bit odd, but that's okay. It's hard to use those words in a normal story.

Thank you so much for this lovely review and kind words. It has had wonderful reviews, however few have explained it the way you did, emotional and logical. That was my thoughts when I wrote it and thank you for getting that. Like I wrote, we all need acceptance in life. Even an orangutan in a silly ole poem. Thanks again my friend.

Hi Lily, I have been meaning to get a hold of you, but didn't know if you were back yet or not. However since Helen emailed me to tell me about what happened I put you on my prayer list and have been praying for you daily.
