This is so delightful! I love all the strong, active verbs you used here like: "tumble, roll, and wrestle" and "tiptoe." Then you make up some fun words like "winter-tender" and "apple-sting." I like that you liken the ice cream truck sounds to Odysseus' sirens. Lol. I hope you do well in the contest!
