Pretense is a difficult art form but not elite. The pen allows us to drain our thoughts without any apprehensions. This poem reminds me of Anne Frank who was also true to her pen, perhaps because paper doesn't judge. A very well written nonet. Thanks for sharing!

This is a very well constructed nonet with the required syllable count and a worthwhile message about what writing and art mean for your self expression. I thought the message was clear and did not feel forced to meet a syllable count or form. Well done.
