Sometimes words seamlessly blend into the theme
as if they were puffs on a gentle breeze.
I love your wording, use of imagery like wisps of wind,
and just the right touch of alliteration.

Your poem resonates with me, for I, too, have felt the presence of angels more than once in my lifetime. Never more so than when caught in a blizzard on my way back to my college campus in 1976...I think of that night often...

Your poem resonates with me, for I, too, have felt the presence of angels more than once in my lifetime. Never more so than when caught in a blizzard on my way back to my college campus in 1976...I think of that night often...

Love the near-rhymes of 'glimpse' and 'mist'! Your imagery in the last verse is lovely, AA. There is no regular rhythm, I note? It could really be a nice addition! And the plural of 'lullaby' is actually 'lullabies'. A sweet write! :)Sharyn

A beautiful poem about how angels do surround us. If you haven't done so, read Billy Graham's book about angels. It is so good. God sends them to help us and to protect us. I like the spirit of this poem. Well done!
