I can't imagine meeting my sister for the first time, but you've done a great job of bringing the two women together in this chapter. So many emotions spilled out. I'm glad you had the girls like and dislike the same things. I have brothers who are twins, and they still share common likes and dislikes as seniors. Good chapter! Blessings. Carol

Thank you so much, Carol. I was so afraid that my emotions wouldn't come through in my characters and I feel so blessed that so many are loving the last few chapters. I have something to smile about and I am thrilled.
Hugs, Carol

So sorry I am again out of six stars. This chapter really deserves them. I cried. You did a fantastic job with this story Carol. It was like you knew exactly how a twin would feel seeing a familiar face and knowing an attachment that they never had before.
Love, Ralf

Awww...your virtual sixes mean just as much to me and I thank you so much. The fact that you felt the emotions I was trying to instill in my characters is awesome.
I can't find the error because there is no Lorna... can you point it out better for me. I read and reread, but I think I'm going blind. LOL
Thanks again, Carol

Carol, LOL, I made a mistake. It is not in your story. I'll edit that out.

Don't worry...I just thought I was going crazy...wait! I already am so there is no harm. LOL

Intense! Beautifully rendered interaction--emotions ring true. A tear-jerker.
Annie tilted her head back so she could look at Liz's face. The sparkles in her=>WHOSE?] eyes were gone. "I'm sorry Sebastian knocked you over. He was too excited."

I know you must get far more reviews than I and read more too so I have no idea how you manage to keep up with them all. My apologies for being so far behind.
Hugs, CArol

This is beautiful, Carol. It had me choking back tears for these sisters who have found each other at last, and their mother, Mary. You've done an excellent job conveying all of this emotion.
"I'd love to take a walk with(you) Mary."

It's always a nice break for happier times. To see the sisters having the chance to enjoy spending a little time with each other, not matter how little, it's better than none. Thanks for sharing another find chapter.

Yes, it is most definitely better than none...Life changes in a blink of an eye and we never know when it will happen. Thanks so much...
It's the first day I can say I feel like myself... Who knows what tomorrow will bring but for now I can send you a hug and a smile. consider yourself special since I haven't been sharing them lately. LOL Take care!

This was an excellent reunion scene. I love how the sisters are so thrilled to be together and how things they both do makes them realize how much they are alike. I'm asuming that Liz with show the same affection for her mother as she does toward her sister.

I believe it will be harder because she was much angrier for having been given up but I am sure she understands now and things will be okay. I think there are two chapters left because I don't know if I can cram it all into one. Thanks again...Carol
I have been alone today for the first time and writing is my salvation. It feels so good to be able to be me if only for a short while. Hugs, Carol

I wish I'd saved the six for this one, and the next one, and the one before that last one!!!!! I cried! I actually cried!! I knew it would be emotional, and I do get weepy when happy things as well as sad things happen. So God had better send a miracle. Hey, will Liz be able to help? They both have the same gene being identical. Bone marrow, perhaps? Ooh, we have to get this sorted, girl, I mean, they can't have gone through all they have done just to meet and say goodbye!! Nooooooo!!!! And Annie, she wants them both. Okay, nuff said, you know my thoughts on your book. Love, love, love it!!! I actually CRIED! :)) Sandra xxx

Me too! I think I cried as much for them as I did for myself...tears that needed to come out. Once I started writing, I couldn't stop. I've got to pm you ...so much is happening. I needed this day to write, and it has helped me so much.
I don't know if I can wrap it up in one more chapter or not. I think it will take two. If the fire keeps burning, I might have them written today. LOL
Bone marrow wasn't the plan, but I'll have to take it under advisory with my tyrant of a muse. She/he always tends to get feisty about how I write. LOL
You are the best for my morale, my friend. I can't thank you enough. I have learned something about myself today... writing is my salvation, my healer, and my strength. I haven't smiled for days...but I actually am right now as I think of you and what I have accomplished today.
Sending all my love, hugs and even a smile, Carol

You did a goo job describing the emotions of the sisters. If anything, it's a little rushed. You can flesh it out a little.
Liz knelt and returned Annie's hug. "Do I?"
"Yup! She's beautiful, and so are you." Annie's eyes sparkled in the sunlight. She turned to Sebastian, sitting patiently behind her. "Oh, I almost forgot. Meet my best friend, Sebastian." She motioned toward the St. Bernard. "Come say hello, Sebastian."(2 peoples' dialogue, each gets it's own paragraph.)

Thanks, Barbara,
My emotions are so raw right now; I wasn't even sure I could write these chapters. I am glad that I did... I was alone, and writing today seemed to flow even though I cried through most of it. I fixed the paragraphs, and if I can, I will try to add more to their meeting (either now or later as I polish it). It's either one or two more chapters... depending on how much I cram into it. LOL
Thanks again - Carol
