This poem, Just a Friend, presented in an AABB rhyme scheme, reminds the readers that a friend is one who shows up and is there in whatever capacity he/she can be useful. Nice.

A listening ear is worth its weight in gold and giving one's time to a friend is magical. I speak to my friend every week and we laugh for over an hour on Facetime and recharge our batteries, friends make life worth living, I enjoyed our poem Christine, it is uplifting and rewarding, love Dolly x

Thanks Dolly, Yes friends are precious and often a burden shared can half the burden. I have many friends and one particular group is 4 others and we do Coffee Club every week and we all love this catch up. Thank you for being a FS friend Dolly Cheers Chrisxx
