Great picture and title to go with your lovely Haiku poem. I have one dining outside my door right now. They are so charming, unless they catch me in the garden and pretend they are dive bombers. Good luck in the contest.

I saw this photo in a NWF magazine and could not resist using it to inspire a poem. I don't have any hummingbirds in my garden and would welcome them. Many thanks for your kind praise.

I love it! The last line is amazing! Its simple but evokes a feeling and makes you think of nature. I wish I could see a hummingbirds out of my window now
