Double Congratulations dear! For the Beautiful kyrielle and for becoming a grandparent. I think the stork flying to bring a baby is simply adorable. She is such a cute lil one too. Lovely indeed!

Hi Dilettante Thank you very much for your review and I thought a Kyrielle lent itself for this poem Yes the stork is a busy bird ha ha We all love this delivery No 5 granddaughter for me but has been a10 year gap so it is lovely to have a new baby

give money (understand me right, money is, of course,
always appreciated) but something which is especially
for them and the baby.

Hii Dolly Thanks for your review and suggestion I swapped the little and cute around as I wanted to use the word cute (I did struggle with this meter for this line when I wrote it so I hope the change is a little better probably not but it will stay now

rhyming in this poem telling the story of stork's delivery. My
favorite lines are I saw a stork fly overhead. He landed on a feather
bed. Sounds like a perfect place to land. Congratulations.

You've written a kirielle sonnet, the kirielle is the same as the sonnet, with a couple of lines tacked, repeating from the first verse. My first child when born, was a filip to my doubts of loving children, I was smitten straight away. A beautifully written and rhymed, in aabb, a great language and them, plus last repeating line, well done, good luck, blessings Roy
