A good poem about how a dream would change your life forever. I guess this would certainly change a persons life. I know it changed mine when my parents died, but not at the same time. Good luck with the contest~

Oh, no! I am so sorry - that must have been horrific. And to actually have dreamt that something bad happened seems even worse, somehow. Some notes, if I may:
1.) Some messenger's in dreams deliver a punch

2.) Seeking more knowing, nay
--> Seeking more know(ledge), nay
3.) "(W)ho is crossing heaven's archway?"

That's so sad. You must have been terrified having a dream like that. I've had dreams like that, but thankfully I didn't lose anyone. Lately I've been dreaming of my son who is mentally ill, but I think it's because I worry so much about him. This was told very well in your poem, best of luck in the contest.

Boogienights, my prayer is for your to find Peace and not worry. I understand the concern. We have a 14 year-old grandson who is autistic and struggles with basic life things.

Dreams/night visions are mentioned over 200 times in the Bible. If God used them so can we. I have had many, many come true. One was back in the 1990s so profound it woke me up and I prayed. A car accident, not a common model, a lemon that was discontinued. I think there were about 7 points to my dream: place, color of car, color of hair and jacket a woman trapped inside, she was clawing @ window, the time, day of week. By the next morning I think I had forgotten the dream UNTIL on my way to work there sat the car exactly as I dreamed except car door was open and no one inside. Another was a dream I had much earlier, maybe 70s. I didn't understand UNTIL I stood on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, and looked out to the scene I saw some 20 years earlier. Looks to me like you have two talents -- dreaming and writing. I wish you well in this prompt -- artwork and words deliver the message.

Wow, love it! I attended a week long retreat called the summer dream conference, I have recorded my dreams ever sense.

karenina, true yes! My siblings and I were all in college, mom and dad were vacationing. It was life transforming and I have paid very close attention to night messengers ever since.
