I do so love dragons but wish they were not so often the bad guys. This is a good presentation with your picture to go well with your writing. Best to you.

This reads so melodically and smoothly and with some of the most creative rhymes I've seen yet. I suspect it will be a winner, but I still have a few more to read. I wish you much luck. Your story within the rhymes is also incredibly creative.

A very well-written monorhyme poem about the dragons who has to investigate the magic gate. Until everyone arrived they did not further contemplate abd go back home again.

I rated this poem once or got halfway through and my computer dumped it so I don't know if it sent it and this is a duplicate or not. If so I apologize. I was amazed at the skill you displayed in creating this poem. It is amazing and should be a winner in the contest. Wishing you luck. I would vote for it.

This was so clever, great job with this monorhyme! I don't think I've enjoyed a poem like I have this one in a long time. A humorous, complete story told so quickly and wonderfully. Best of luck in the contest

Wow! I had no idea there were so many words ending in 'ate' but you managed to find them all and put them to good use here, a fine mono-rhyme in this unique story, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

A tour de force of whimsy in fine rhyme--superb word choices are woven brilliantly throughout. Kudos for challenging yourself with such a long piece--twice as long as the other entry I read--this may well be a winner; I hope to be back with congrats!

Very clever mono rhyme, incorporating your imaginative story. It flowed smoothly and with a rhythm suited to the fantasy subject. Good wishes for the contest.
(May I suggest you edit to "Half past eight" (not "passed")).

I love your entry for this contest it's a fun read and I love the musicality of your stanza. "
"No worries, Mate," reassured Nate,
"See, dragons are complete lightweights:
Where apple candy captivates,
The hydro-carbon devastates." Thank you for sharing and good luck with the contest.
