I had to reread to get that it was fear that becomes dead, not the dance LOL
Rhyming, abba, was spot on. Your selected illustration is a good complement for your four-line restricted verse. But recently, there have been news reports about persons standing too close to the(ir) edge and tragically falling to their death.
