Small poem with a big meaning. When anyone passes away it is always a sad time. The wording is very clear, and the picture is just breath taking.

You accomplished what this form is intended to do: present a thought provoking idea in a very limited amount of syllables. That can be quite challenging.

Poignant and touching. The loss of a life does stop the world. Beautiful emotions in the 5-7-5 format. Tender descriptions, terrific artwork.
Very well done.

You say so much in such a limited number of words. Someone who is admired is suddenly gone, and the "world" is "deeply saddened." Your choice of picture is an excellent match for your very fine 5-7-5. Best of luck to you in the contest. Connie

Your poem saddened me for it is always hard to lose one this admired and good. As a poem you well fit the constraints of the poetry. I hope that you get a good review from your compatriot's and do well in the first 3 places.

This is a wonderful sad reflective 5-7-5 poem with great form. You have said so much and expressed grief so well in so few words. I love the artwork you also chose. Excellent writing.

--LOL! Love your username--boomachicka. Sounds like a chick I'd like in bed (no offense, please) :)
--Interesting picture image and title.
--Met the 5-7-5 syllable count requirement.
--"All the world deeply saddened
For the greatness lost."
Must have been a very beloved and prominent figure.
--Even death is sad to take him? Wow!
