Thank you for your contribution to the Renga book with its spectacular picture and matching presentation. I appreciated your identification of the indigo bunting as a blue bird. The word "quivers" is also an excellent, action verb. Cheers- Joan

With the author's note explaining what an indigo bunting is, this all became clear. It is a lovely poem, full of colour and repressed passion.
I feel really bad that I don't feel able to contribute to your book at the moment, but I feel over-taxed and it just goes from bad to worse each day.

"blue moon over grose..." Such a beautiful and at the same time nostalgic phrase. It seems to transport the reader to an enchanted place. Lovely, Gypsy.

Great followup to the sun-kissed orchard. I love the reference to the indigo bunting. A peaceful scene that captures the magic of night when all creatures, great and small, are kissed by cool moonbeams.

Comment from Gloria ....
Very beautiful, Gypsy. There is something about a blue moon that makes a bird want to sing.
Your Renga book is coming right along with beautiful verse.
Much enjoyed.

This is a gorgeous poem perfectly illustrated by your gorgeous picture! You have fun with the words "blue moon" which we will have this month. And then use that blue to move us to a bird - indigo bunting. And the bird's song as with all nature makes us quiver inside. Lovely!
