Yes. The leaves of the maple across the street are turning already. And the geese are practicing formation over head most days now. I don't like to see it coming, but it is. All this is in whisper form, eh? Soon the air will take it over.

This poem speaks the truth, more and more each day we wake. There is a bit of snap in the air from overnight cooling. We have 70-80 degrees in these Vermont woods in the day, the 50's at night. Everything is quieting too as the poem predicts. Well written.

This poem is beautifully presented. The text can be easily read by people with defective vision - perhaps just a slight contrast problem that means that the letters look a little blurred. However, they are well-sized which is a good start, and the image is stunning and will allow much imaginative reflection.
At the end of September, after a reflective technical piece, I am launching a multi-author book that will be suitable for visually impaired readers. Sort out your contrast query, and I would be delighted to have submission(s) from you.

Autumn's quiet arrival so beautifully and metaphorically described here though the format is a short one of 3-5-3 - and it's the change in the air that usually alerts us

Hello :)
I enjoyed your 3-5-3 poem.
Lovely imagery that is clear and easy to understand.
Autumn is definitely in the air - the subtle changes (like whispers) are making themselves felt.
Good luck in the contest.
Best wishes, Debra :)
