Great entry for the Final Words writing prompt contest. The letter is very sad but that's to be expected. Nice presentation.
The theme of the alcoholic clown made it even sadder.

That is very powerful piece. I could feel the pain and heartache they felt as they wrote the letter. How at the end they could see what they should have done, but it is too late to go back then. It is a wonderful message to appreciate everything you have to bad he took his life.

My only critique for your letter is the description of it as "A silly note to death." This is the saddest and most heartfelt description of a life spiraling down a tunnel of despair. One can feel the pain and sorrow, and the emotional twists that foretell the rejection of hope. Wonderful image matching your wonderful words... ...ec

What you describe is the dark thoughts that crowd many peoples minds. I thought this was really engaging and you drew me into your character's world, even though it covers a very dark topic. A well written piece. Good luck in the contest!

Poor ole Geronimo, but not too hard to understand. During the virus clowns have also had to facetime or other social media. Must be really hard to get gigs. A well written piece that makes an excellent entry for the contest. Good luck.
