You definitely draw the reader in with this message. This letter expresses many people's angst. This becomes a universal letter speaking the heart of many defeated feeling people. I'm hoping some healing will come to anyone who identifies with these words.

I understand this comes from a sincere and sad, lonely heart. I'm sorry for those times when you feel down and lost and unheard. I know we all feel that way at times. It's hard. Really hard.
But the best way to get out of it is to do as you have been - to reach out to help others. When we reflect on ourselves and inward, we will always find things to feel bad and sad about. When we look outwards, we will always find folks in worse situations and folks who need help.
