You nailed the 2-5-2! Especially with the words of your poem. My spins night and day, giving me no peace, so I can totally relate.
The artwork was really a good choice, representing chaos of the brain (LOL).
I like the orange background you chose; it seems to add a sense of restlessness and brain energy.

What an awesome topic, painting and word-choices for your little 2-5-2. Powerful little poem. Love your title, "The Surge," I think I understand your sentiments...I suffer with insomnia and your description of "thoughts spin" fit perfectly. Great contest entry. Good luck.
