Bill,
This animated illustration is so appropriate for your verse. Babies and kittens are both very cuddly and do require our constant attention.
After 'kittens,' you have a semi-colon mark. I think it should be a colon.

I was prepared to disagree, having normally used the colon when preceding a list suggested by the initial statement. Looking into it further, I see your point.

Hi Bill. LOL. Both babies and kittens can be quite demanding--which one are you referring to? Image is adorable. Your poem is fun and sweet. Nice job. Marilyn

Lol. It depends on the personality of the baby or the kitten. Some kids/cats are more demanding than others. Cute poem for the adorable graphic picture, Bill!

True dat. If you ignore a baby, the most he will probably just cry for a while. A cat on the other hand will do bad things to you and your property. I seriously advise against ignoring a cat that does not wish to be ignored. That is one of the main reasons I will never own a cat or even allow one to enter my house.

Before he had its claws removed, my son?s cat hollowed out his over-stuffed sofa. He didn?t know it until he moved the couch and all the stuffing was there.

Bill, This is a very sweet, cute and true 5-7-5 poem you have penned. You used very good and true words with an adorable picture that has moving features of the Baby and kitten. I enjoyed reading and reviewing this. Blessings, Teri

It's been my experience that they both demand our attention. Interesting topic for a poem. Very cool graphic you chose to accompany the poem. Very nice job.

My son?s cat has forced me to become more familiar with cats and their position in the family.

A fun little 5-7-5 with SO MUCH TRUTH....however, for those of us with a lively kitten (and no little ones anymore), we might also say the kitten is pretty damn demanding at times - LOL! :) Yvette :)

All the cats I?ve seen are loners with groupies.

Aw, what a winning picture. Both subjects deserve attention. I'd say they could both be equally demanding. Maybe the kitten is working a bit harder for it. Interesting idea, and that picture can't be beat. Can't refuse either a baby or a kitten. judi

So sweet and I love the motion thing. Haven't had babies in a long time, but have demanding cats. This is just too cute and makes my morning! You always have something great to share.

Cute, cute, cute! Bill Schott doesn't disappoint! I wrote a story yesterday morning that I will likely pot over the weekend, so keep your eye out for it. BTW, loved the graphic too. T
