A funny little write; however, I believe it would work much better as a small script rather than a poem. You have a great basis in the scene and you could take some time expanding on the description of each of your characters -- it would lend itself to folks enjoying everything here....just a thought.
As a poem, it does not have much of a rhythm or flow to it, even in the realm of the free verse. But it is certainly a fun little piece! :) :) :)

A clever kid that Jokie. One wonders if the teacher was caught by surprise orr if she knew exactly who to call upon for the answer. A fun poem that should appeal to young readers.

This is a cute joke and is set up well to deliver the punchline. My only suggestion would be to streamline the last bit, with the punchline. You never mention the teacher's name, so why do it now?
Example:
Jokie, if a house is built with green bricks, will it be a green house?
Jokie, No, a green house is built with glass.
Happy day.
