Hi Shirley thanks for sharing a segment of your journey through life. your words are profound and filled with deep and meaningful emotion. they tell a vivid story which shows an amazing strength of character shining through as time has passed you by. the poem rhymes and flows to perfection and it seems the words have just flowed purely and honestly from your heart. a truly awakening journey.

I feel this journey will never end but become easier as I 'weed the garden of sadness.'

Yes, it is still hard at times as memories surface but
I'm learning to accept, acknowledge and let go.
I wish I' d been able to do this many years ago-but I'm blessed to be doing it now.
