The power of suggestion! If a flea collar works for Fluffy, it surely should work for a boy! Mother has the remedies. She gets a flea collar for the dog and promises a necklace of sweets for Douglas. It's true. Sometimes when you're thinking about a particular disease, for instance, you think you're getting the symptoms. Well done. You handled present tense very well. Consistent all through the story. judi

This is so cute! A dog with fleas, not too good
for the dog, very annoying.
I love the boys question, if he has to wear a flea
collar, I could just see it!
It was fun to read my friend.

This is a cute tale about the family dog. Fleas can be deadly to pets also.
Mostly you narrative is telling and not showing the reader. I also think the story will be better in past tensed.
Happy Writing.

Hi Ine, another good little story and this time about fleas. Yeah, most annoying they are and makes you itch just thinking about them. All the best. Ulla:)))

Why does that always happen. You think about it and you seem to itch as well. I do it with people and head lice. Just thinking about head lice makes my head itch. Great job with this

Hi there,
This is a nice little piece. Lovely tone to it. Simple, and effective story telling.
I will wash you thouroughly - thoroughly.
"Do I still have to wear a flee collar," - should have a question mark.

Hahahaha! G'day Ine. Very nice little story mate. It's true that when you think too much about itchy you start to scratch. It's the same with yawning. Great job.
Cheers Fez
