Wonderful description and makes one want to pack up the car and head there. I had a friend who walked part of the Appalachian trail. It was the wrong time of year to start. He can go back and finish. That is more than I could do. Tennessee is a beautiful state, I must admist I am not a fan of mountain driving. Well written. Keep up the good work

I have only been through TN and stopped to eat, but a beautiful state. It sounds like a hikers dream! I enjoyed reading about all the different wildlife. Thanks for sharing. I need to visit for some hiking.
