Interesting tale from another place and time. Bull frogs, dinosaurs and Horrible Harry. I can see this poem with illustrations in a book. The story flows smoothly and your descriptions are vivid.

Sometimes I wonder what the earth would have been like if a rock from space didn't wipe out the dinosaurs. But then I look at the politicians and I think they weren't wiped out. They had just evolved.
