"...whatever went through his mind or caught his eye, he losy lost his balance and stumbled towards the fireplace..." --- he "lost" his balance...

"They can put him on there their front porch for fresh air..." --- ..."their" front porch for fresh air...

"...they will never find him in the woods that surrounds there their home." --- "...they will never find him in the woods that surrounds "their" home."

Perhaps, given some members of you family's predisposition to run into and burn themselves on fireplaces, a home without one is in order, LOL? They can be a hazard. We had two in the home I grew up in, and me and my two younger brothers received injuries from one or another of them.

It would seem congratulations are in order concerning Aria, your soon to be our newest "grand" member. That's fantastic news, jmdg1954.

It sounds like Aries and Snow are going to have plenty of playmates to pal around with. We have two miniature Dachshunds ourselves, and they love children. Our other dog, Gidget, is a ten-year-old Chihuahua and is the antithesis of the two playful hounds when it comes to kids. She does not take to little children whatsoever!

Anyhow, it sounds like you have a wonderful and close-knit family.

Enjoy them. :)

Thank you for those corrections. I'm glad you enjoyed this and the introduction of my grandchildren. It's been about one year since I've written about them. Bad gramps!

Thank again, Dean. Always a pleasure. John

Hi John,
so lovely to be introduced to some of your family... hey boys will be boys... I think that's how we learn... burns, cuts stitches, all apart of growing wiser... well at least one hopes?

Beautiful grandchildren Poppa... yeah, even the furry ones.

Enjoy reading your stories, whether they be made up or like this one... a personal interaction with a good friend... there is a 'real' connection you allowed your reader to experience... for me, that's special... so well done once again.

On a daily basis, (sometimes) two and three times...
he (lost) his balance and stumbled...
(because he HELD his precious...
text 2... those rotten space munching AAAAAAA's has an appointment...
in the woods that surrounds (their) home...
and then at the end of germs 'A'...
His one phobia- (A)... just another space glitch... and another at the end to finish it off...

yeah, couldn't neglect to say... how about the Sea Hawks and the Packers game?

One of the best games I've seen from a nail-biting POV... Packers really deserved to win that game... Clay Mathews and Co were beasts in defense... but you've got to give it to a team that plays the whole game... as I said... Go the Sea Hawks... haven't watched the other game yet to see who they're playing... ah, I love this game!

Take care brother, love to the family and be well.

With our thoughts we create,
a family portrait,
James.

Thank you James, I always appreciate your kind words when reading my posts. You don't know how much I wish I could transfer those burns and blisters to me so he wouldn't have to suffer with them.

I know I have a bunch of spag corrections to make, just have to get some time. I'm working like a dog right now.

I missed the games Sunday (worked). The Packer game they say was one for the ages! My wife saw it at least.

Let me run, bro. Just stopped for some java. Be well my brother... John

Good to see you've posted again, John. Thanks for introducing your family to your fellow FanStorians. Quite a story about the burn; ouch! Hope he's doing better by now. Why aren't you in the picture?

It seems that dogs just love to be near kids, well good kids anyway! Enjoyed your "family time."

My wife took the photo over Christmas. I wasn't there because I couldn't get off work. I spent Christmas at home with my dog, Chloe.

Thank you for reading and sharing. John

Thanks for the warm introduction to your family members. You are not in the picture to make it a more complete family picture. Have you chosen this one for avoiding guesswork by Fanstorians about your age? There is a saying "You are as old as you think". I still think I am middle-aged. Ha ha ha

Actually, "grand" was only referring to the grandchildren and since the puppies were there , they've become the grand puppies. I don't like being in any photos..

Hi, John. It's so good to be back, posting and reading your riting again. I love the family"feel" to this little update. I have a part lab too, incidently, black..and she is part setter also. Looking at yours, I would say perhaps your lab may be part setter also.

Grandkids are wonderful. We have six now. It's like starting all over again. well, like I said, nice cozy feel to this and I will keep watching for your ork again. Blessings to you and yours. Bob

Hi, John.
The picture of your grandchildren is beautiful. You have described both in such a delightful way. Congratulations on soon becoming Poppa again to your third grandchild. How wonderful. I'm glad to read that Ryder will be okay. Life is full for your family, a house filled with happiness and love. This comes across so well in your writing.
Bye
Rosalyne :)
