This is quite funny. Poor guy. I can imagine how chilli pepper would burn in a case like that. As for chowing down we do that in this country as well.

Hi Geoff, Yikes! I bet that did burn pretty bad. What did he do to stop the burning? I bet everyone got a good laugh and none of his friends have let him live that one down.

He is now with the Lord Sis, he dived into the lake where they fished back then hehe. His dear widow and I have been friends online for years. They survived Rita and Katrina in La. He was terrminally ill and was moved to Nashville and his wife never knew where he was for 12 hours during one of the above.
-
I figured he may have ended up in the lake. LOL
-
Yep. Should intro you to his widow she is on Facebook. Been trying to get her on here for years. She has plenty o0f stories to tell.
-
I bet she does:)

This was cute, but to be honest, I had no idea why he rubbed fish fat on his behind until I read the bottom.
We have gotten very busy with jobs this past month. Therefore I have not been on Fanstory. Even though I do have to wean through my messages, which I hate doing, I wanted to read this.

I just knew that your story was a true story. I had to laugh as I read it as I was picturing the episode as it unfolded. Once again a good chuckle. Thanks and keep it up. I love to read about your antics.

Hi Sis the mutual Sister in the Lord, widow of Howard has given me some pictures to choose from to add to the story. I had a goody from Fanart but Tom says when the pictures disappear it means the Member has left Fanart or whatever. Si U might add one of these the widow of "Junior" has sent me. I hope you get to meet her in here some day soon.

Oh, dear, it must have been quite painful, the poor man. Unfortunate for him, it must have come across very funny for the onlookers. Great wee chapter, Sankey. All the best. Ulla:))

When one is camping there isn't the comforts sometimes of what one has in their house, and one must resort to what they think will remedy the problem.....But, Boy, did Howard make a wrong decision about the fat left over from the fish fry...Heading for the lake first would of probably been his best bet of relieving that pain in his butt.
Thanks for letting us know...Caressa_08

Yes Sis for sure. Thanks for the great review. I am still friends over a lot of years of this man's widow, online. A Sis in the Lord too.Long story for another time. He was terminally ill during Rita and Katrina in USA.
Comment from Sasha
I am well aware of the pain of hemorrhoids and cannot imagine the agony of putting an ointment with chili peppers added. Poor guy, it probably took hours, if not days to recover from this one. One comment, you need to stop worrying about people in the US getting confused over the differences in dialect. We really can figure them out.

Sasha, thanks for your words of wisdom. But if you had had the flack I have had over the years in this darn place over misunderstandings of our difference in language you would understand why I choose to warn folks. Seeing you have lived in Mexico so long I know you have a better understanding of other languages. So just bear with me on this ok. Glad you liked the story. I am still friends with this man's widow and have been online for a lot of years. I hope I can get her on here some day to tell some of her interesting stories. Her husband (Junior) was terminally ill during Rita and Katrina. Long story there.
Comment from Thomas Bowling
This is a funny story. I bet Howard never forgot again. I thought you were going to say a bear was chasing Howard out of the bushes, but then it would not have ended well.

Wow! I never thought the peppers would actually burn your skin uncooked. Thanks for the heads up. I guess you understood this even more. Been friends with this man's widow online over a lot of years. He was terminally ill during Rita and Katrina they lived in Lake Charles area of La. Thanks for the great review.
Comment from Ben Colder
Forgive me, but still laughing. We who eat these peppers and ice cream at the same time normally sit on the pot shouting, "Come on ice cream!"
Good one Sankey.
