It's not anyone's place to be judging another Jaq and I certainly hope you don't suffer from ignorant people in that way. Everyone's got a cross to bear and have no right to point fingers at others. It would be infinitely preferrable, as Buddha and Jesus asked of us, that we were able to extend our hand of love, compassion and empathy to everyone. Well expressed. StayStrong, Garth

Ah! Jaq! This is SO true! I was just thinking about writing a poem like this!!!!

We never know what is underneath the rumours that are spread or what really happened. And also, until we are in the same situation as that person we have no way of knowing how they are feeling. I always think we should keep our opinions to ourself. We don't know what that person is going through so we mustn't judge them on what they do in reaction to it, because if we were in their shoes we may have done the same.

Really deep poem that gets well into the victims thoughts. Loved it:-)

Rhythm? Immaculate. Rhyme? Blemish-free. But beyond the technical excellence, here is a poet who has suffered and experienced self-loathing and who now has recovered her confidence. It has anger and pride. It's remarkable.
