5-7-5 is referring to the syllable count. Of which this is not correct. The poem is very good. But it needs to follow the rules of the contest. Yet it is a very enjoyable poem... John

Your poem is not a three line poem as required by the challenge. Yet you should resubmit it under the general poem category to get better reviews. Your poem presented an interesting rhyme scheme but it does not qualify as a 5-7-5 syllable count poem.
