Haha, I think you must be a woman after my own heart!
One of the delights of being two again, with the family grown and flown, is the liberty to be "us", no example to set anyone. And guess what - I love licking my plate. (And doing various other things the kids would not appreciate, LOL)
What a brilliant, original example of temptation.
Thoroughly enjoyable, and surely a strong contest entry.

Great picture reminds me of how I eat spaghetti, Jaq. :-)

I know what you mean, as I was brought up in a low-income house, so Mum always insisted we clear our plates. That habit has stayed with me unfortunately, which doesn't help the calorie counting.

The picture says it all. Shall I say, besides the food and your seductive words, I feel like snatching plate and kissing the child.So sweet! Couldn't have been better. Poem suits the picture.
