Well written poem. Good word flow and interesting to read. Writing is good for people when they are feeling down. I like the title, and a picture would have made a god lead in.

Thanks for your feedback. I wasn't too sure how to do the pictures as I just joined the site yesterday. I will have a proper look through the site navigation soon. :) Jaq x

Yes you describe the feeling of darkness well, as well as a strong will to keep fighting against the darkness.
Nice rhyming couplets and a very emotional write about the battle against depression, or the darkness.

You do very well to grasp the essence of what you feel and express it in such a meaningful, insightful way.I like dark emotional writes as I can relate to them. Its good to see you recogise the need to 'fight', to keep the 'light' on! Its very hard though, you are not alone!Liz.

Thank you so much for that Tammy. I was worried about submitting anything. I have a few more like it, but they are quite dark.
