This is a very nice poem. I like the survey of the nature of our relationship with Him. I've walked in these shoes a few times. I think many of us have. Thank you for sharing it and for reminding me of home.

God always love us,
such a good picture , we some times forget , but He never did
good rhyme good picture .
Needs only to be just shorter,
I don't know what to say but your words are good just more than enough.

Jewell,
This is powerful, passionate and profound.
You once again have delivered the message to all who are in need of its receipt. Our souls have been edified. Thank you

Wow, Jewell! How beatiful, it teared me up! I'm all misty.
This is profoundly inspiring, emotionally charged and ...and...and...just beautiful!

Wonderful poem. Well written, well said. I liked this part a lot..
Just when I feel small and insignificant
he sends a messenger to remind me,
that if I were the only human
God created, he would have still
sent his son to die for me.
Said it so well!

YES!!!!!! Perfect truth, perfectly rendered down here where we move and live and have our physical being----how ingenious to ask HOW He sees us----this piece is loaded with eternal realities not easily understood and usually boring as can be when presented by all those religious poseurs who populate the planet----clearly, you are not one of them----and how ingenious to answer your own question with His----and how infinitely powerful.

But then, I asked the Lord,
How do you see my sin?
He replied,
"What sin"?
God's acceptance of us as human beings. I had to sit back and smile knowing that I am not perfect and neither are the rest of us. I can personally say that I've done some pretty negative things in my life yet later on down the road, I've been blessed again and again.
He replied,
"What sin"?
Have to love the guy.
Thanks Jewell, this was very nice.

Very impressive Jewell,
The picture, I see was taken also by you, you are a very talented lady.
The poem, I loved Jewell, for I have an obsession for Christ, being as such Biblical poetry is a weakness of mine.
Your poem was well written, asking questions that many so often ask, which brought Life into the poem (to me). *****5 BIG BEAUTIFUL ONES, for your BEAUTIFUL WORK!
