Your deep faith, that is so much a part of you, shines through well in this beautifully rhymed poem, Roy, and I hope your journey still keeps on for many years yet. Cheers,

Hello Roy,
I wish I shared your fervor. I believe you're much more dedicated than I. I don't doubt that you'll hear Jesus say "Well done good and faithful servant' Until that day, I guess we need to keep plugging along. Well done.
Have a blessed day.

You used great rhymes here and a steady rhythm pattern. The poem flows well. I especially like the use of 'graduation day' and your longing to hear the words, 'Well done.' I'm sure you'll be hearing them on that day. Blessings, and merry Christmas. Carol

Hi Roy,
This is one of your best poems. I'm sure the good Lord Himself loves reading your poetry.
I especially like the title you gave Him, "attorney". I'd capitalize it, though... "Attorney", for Jesus is our mediator. I'd also capitalize "Savior".
"For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus." ...1 Timothy 2:5
Nicely penned, Roy! I enjoyed it first thing this morning. I hope you live to be a very old man!
Blessings,
Kimbob

Hello Roy.
As you allude to in your poem, all any true believer ever really wants to hear is the Lord's commendation of, " Well done my good and faithful servant."

Amen! Those are the words we learn to hear and by His Spirit, we will run our race and complete the tasks He has created for us to do long before anyone was born. Beautiful poem about our goal in life and our worth in the Lord!

In Sunday School since Thanksgiving, we're studying advent. This week was on Joy but heavily touched on being humble. Which is very hard for us humans. We discussed the humbleness of Jesus, even though He was God on Earth. Your poem fits in this with subject. Thank you.

What a beautifully penned poem, filled the hope of an everlasting life with Christ when the earthly trip comes to destined fate. It is a reminder that those who walk in the precepts of the Lord are blessed to share in His glory. Well done, dear Roy. I enjoyed this like every other of your works.
