Effervescent offers two kinds of hope - full of enthusiasm for the future, and just plain bubble and giddy.
I listen to a dayspring rhapsody each morning when I have coffee on my back porch and listen as the critters and the breeze and the nearby ocean sing morn's song:-)
A lovely poem for this contest, and I wish you luck.

Very powerful message within and I think we all at some stage or another in our lives may have felt this loss of confidence and the triumphant feeling on getting that back is amazing. Your choice of words are excellent to convey this. Well done and good luck
Best Wishes

What glorious use of words to capture a moment.
The joy of a true wordsmith is to use uncommon words to illustrate a common theme.
Thank you for sharing this vision of dawn.

Yes. A happy song definitely will inspire hope and longing. I like the words you used here like "Effervescent" and "rhapsody." The satori is right on.
I think this is a winner.
Excellent.

What a wonderful and I think, deliberate placement of words. To say so much, with so little. Very well done, this is a great poem in my opinion. The accompanying photo does the words justice. A rhapsody indeed!

An excellent entry for the 5-7-5 Poetry contest. Making music out of the morning. How lovely. The picture you chose works very well for your poem's presentation. good luck in the contest.

Dear Yvette,
A lovely and hopeful 5-7-5 poem for the contest, my friend. Yes, I needed this as hope lifts me in the morning, and sustains me through the night.
Sending you my best today as always, and best wishes for the upcoming contest.

-Very nice image and presentation, Yvette.
-Your notes are appreciated.
-You wrote a good poem with a good topic.
-A very good opening line about hope.
-I also like the use of "genesis."
-A very good concluding line about
the "rhapsody" of dawn. It creates
a very good aha moment.
-Good luck in the contest.

When youth recedes and age becomes our next stage of life, it is still an adventure. Blink and you will miss it.
I liked your poem, starting at Genesis and hearing the song of life with more wisdom and stability. K xx
