It's hard to believe a mother could be so wicked towards her own flesh and blood.
Some people just don't deserve kids.. it is sad because there are really loving people out there that can't conceive.
Parents are supposed to love and protect their children.
Your mother instead treated you like trash and tried to corrupt you with drugs.
You are a survivor and I'm glad you had the strength to free yourself from an abusive parent.

I rarely read poetry. This as very good. I am so glad to see that you found something inside you to took on his challenge. No doubt there were struggles and and its 1st cousin, doubt that made the recover harder. But you succeeded, yes you succeeded.
