Considering the prevalence of Norse mythology in the modern film and television scene, I was pleased to see this take on the original Rainbow Bridge. This is well written and a pleasure to read.
I wonder if I will find one of the rainbow bridges our pets walk across on their final journey.

This poem beautifully blends science and Norse mythology to celebrate the magic of rainbows. It starts with the scientific explanation--"Refraction, reflection, refraction again"--then shifts to the idea of the "Rainbow Bridge" connecting Earth and Asgard, allowing gods like Loki and Thor to cross over.
In the end, it honors Viking warriors who believed this bridge would lead them to Valhalla, rewarding their bravery. Overall, it offers a fresh perspective, reminding us that rainbows are more than just light and color--they're a timeless connection between worlds.
